Manager - Heat Treatment - Steel (7-15 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION - HEAT TREATMENT - MANAGER
1. Supervisions of various types of heat treatment operation like carburizing, induction, hardening, quenching, & tempering
2. Maintain process and output parameter like temperature, cycle time, bath concentration and hardness, tensile and microstructure
3. Guidance & training to operators & technician to complete the assigned task as per planning
4. Maintaining records related to production, rejection material movement & manpower productivity
5. Must have knowledge of scada & data logger
6. Training to be given to workers
7. Perform other duties as discussed by management
8. Must have knowledge of loading & unloading of material in furnace
9. Keep regular checks during heat treatment
10. Safety and cleanliness parameter to be followed
11. Testing sample for quality and recording information is computer
12. Making sure the furnace and other equipment are in good condition to operate
13. Preventive Maintenance to be done of equipment in regular intervals and keep records of the same
Skill Required :
1. Minimum 5-6 years experience in Gas Carburizing pit type furnace
2. Must have knowledge of Heat Treatment of various types of steel
3. Computer knowledge must (Ms-Office)
4. Interpersonal Skill & Self motivated
5. Minimum Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering
