REPORTING TO CMD

LOCATION : HEAD OFFICE MUMBAI

EXPORTS ROLE :

1. Applying for licenses online to DGFT

2. Following up with DGFT for issue of license

3. Applying for redemption and EODC with DGFT

4. Maintaining and controlling use of adv . license

5. Going to Customs for clearing license issues

6. Applying for LUT for license and cancellation of LUT

7. Revalidation of RCMC

IMPORTS :

1. Preparing import program

2. Preparing and maintaining vessel files

3. Preparing and checking for surveyors and Barges

4. Checking Bill of Entries and and sending to Factory

5. Checking for surveyors report

INSURANCE :

1. Preparing Insurance certificates for Import and Export Invoices

2. Preparing Insurance Claim Documents for accidents ( Inland) and Marine Claims

- Efficiency in handling pre and post shipment exports documents

- Planning for the shipment, freight negotiation and coordination with plant, CHA, forwarders and transporters

- Preparing Invoice and packing list

- Maintaining proper record with soft and hard copies, preparing MIS and daily report

- Preparing Commercial Invoice with Packing list

- Arranging DO and Trailer for Sea Shipment

- Sending set of documents for excise and customes clearance

- Sending POE documents for excise rebate and taxation department for claiming incentives from DGFT

- Arranging all required documents to Shipping Line for relasing BL

- Following up with CHA for EP/EBRC copies

- Sending SI and Load List to shipping company and forwarders

- Timely clearance of container with with zero tolerance, detention and demurrage.

- Any other work given during office working hours pertaining to export import without hesitation with subordinates.
