Manager - Import & Export - Healthcare (2-12 yrs)
We are looking for Import & Export specialist from Healthcare or Medical, Surgical equipment company only-
Hob Description-
- Should have sound knowledge of Import and Export clearance as per GST regulations
- Should have sound knowledge of GATT / SVB guidelines and its filings
- Should have sound knowledge of IEC guidelines
- Should have sound knowledge of INCO terms
- Should have the expertise in reading and understanding Custom Tarrif
- Demonstrated good analytical skills and should be comfortable with handling large volumes of data
- Handling of Import shipments from Warsaw, Eschbach and other countries, ensuring timely pick up and connection by the Freight Forwarder, timely and accurate approval of check list for filing B/E and timely customs clearance by the CHA.
- Maintain records of Import transactions, timely handover of Invoice, AWB and B/E to Finance for remittance purpose. Handling of Re-Export shipments for Recalls, IRA, RMA, Re-Deployment and Med Ed/Marketing Events., preparation of Invoice/ Packing List and co-ordination with CHA for timely clearance
- Processing of Bills of CHA's. Highlight aberrations in the Bills and take corrective action by issuing Debit Notes to the respective Vendor
- Timely closure of all PERs
- Handling of Export shipments from, ensuring timely pick up and connection by the Freight Forwarder, timely and accurate approval of check list for filing B/E and timely customs clearance by the CHA.
- Weekly Shipment status of all imports and Exports
