Manager/Incharge - Production - Fabrication (8-10 yrs)
We are currently having an opening for the below :
Position : Production Manager / Production Incharge (Candidates from Mumbai only)
Location : Vasai Maharashtra
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization (Candidates from fabrication background will be preferred)
Experience : 8-10 years
Salary : 7.5L to 8 L
Job Profile :
- Responsible for the technical management, Monitoring and control of production processes ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Monitor machine capacity vs actual production
- Assessing project/ Jobs and resource requirements for production
- Monitoring daily processes and improvements within production process, Co-ordination with Sub-contracting Jobs
- Reduce cost of Poor quality of manufacturing, Ratio of Monthly sales to Labour cost/ Manufacturing Cost
- Establish & ensure quality Assurance standards and implement ISO 9001 standard within Manufacturing
- Organising the repair, routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of production equipment
- Ensuring that Health & safety regulations are met
- Co-ordinate with Cross-functional team such as material Planning with materials & NPD team for productionisation of development products
- Generate Daily, weekly & monthly Production MIS reports
