Manager - Industrial Engineering - Manufacturing (5-10 yrs)

- Support the Manufacturing Director through Coordinating activities of all Factory IE & Continuous Improvement activities.
- Internally train/monitor all Industrial Engineers and / or Black Belts within the region to be able to effectively conduct Lean - Six Sigma techniques.
- Ensure that Industrial Engineering practices and standards are used and maintained to allow attainment of efficient and effective operations in the units,
- Support the Behavior Based safety Program throughout the regional factories
- Drive continuous improvement to maximize productivity in all manufacturing areas.
- Support other managers in introducing new working methodology and procedures.
- Ensure suitable regional training of employees in correct working practices to deliver consistent excellence in performance.
- Assist in the compilation and calculation of the P15 and Strategies to identify manning and capital expenditure requirements
Prerequisites :
- Professional graduate in the area of industrial engineering/management or similar areas.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Minimum 5 year experience in similar area
- Computer skills especially in database and spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge or qualification in Lean Management Techniques.
- Trained Master Black Belt
- Lean Six Sigma training capabilities.
