Job Responsibility
Promote, motivate and coordinate activities of the supervisors in order to meet our business objectives including customer satisfaction, operational results and efficiency metrics.
- Coordinate the development and execution of works, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of activity, yield and quality of the work.
- Control the application of the safety and health guidelines.
- Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientation.
- Analyze root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions.
- Should have atleast 5 years of people/team management experience
