Manager - Logistics - Last Mile Delivery (6-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Build a safe last mile network for the products and customers by developing an appropriate supply chain solution
- The Operations functions is responsible for order fulfillment, logistics and customer experience
- Head count and infrastructure planning
- Leading Last Mile Deliveries across all cities
- Engage in continuous improvement of processes
- Identify Top performers and create a leadership pipeline
- Meet the customer experience, cost, speed and reliability
- Understand Key Metrics, Analyse and conclude actions required for process improvement and operational efficiencies
- Build Strong relationships with partners and vendors
- Enforce KPI
- Ensure the team follows all the guidelines
- Work closely with other teams / departments - Procurement, Sales, Support, Finance, Marketing, HR, Manufacturing
- Manpower Management
