- Responsible for warehousing operations managed by 3PL's across the country.

- Monitoring and reviewing KPIs closely with 3PL

- Close monitoring of 3Pt/CrA activities and handle local roA and vA7 issues as and when necessary.

- Closely monitoring inbound and outbound logistics across the region and proper storage of goods in line with the standards.

- Should have sound handling knowledge on cold chain products.

- Coordinating to ensure timely execution of annual, bi-annual, & quarterly wall-to-wall counts, besides daily cycle count checks

- Overall in charge of Import clearance activities at Chennai and movement to FTWZ and Mother Warehouse.

- Should have hands on experience in handling of Imports as well as Warehouse operations including all required regulatory compliance.

- Candidate will be based at Chennai warehouse and would also be required to travel to the I-TWZ (free trade warehousing zone) and other warehousing locations across the country.

- Ensuring minimum expiries at the locations and arrange for proper destruction of expired and scrapped goods.

- Conduct both Global and local audits successfully and implement audit recommendations.

- Ability to foresee any challenges that are likely to come in the supply chain and inform management as well as plan line of actions.

- Responsible for an efficient and reliable data management between company and the Logistics Service provider in compliance with the required standards, regulations and corporate guidelines.

- Responsible for damage Claim processing in the internal system and insurance service provider.

Sound Knowledge of SAP R/3 is a must.
