Manager - Maintenance (9-12 yrs)
looking for Maintenance Manager at Delhi for company which is into Elevators & Escalators for commercial & residential complex
10+ yrs experience (last 3+ yrs in elevators/Escalators maintenance for malls/commercial bldgs or residential complexes)
Last 3+ yrs in managing a team of 12+ engineers
Offred Salary: 11-13L
Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering (mech or electrical)
Responsibilities:
AMC Management (Commercial) -Responsible for AMC Sales & Revenue Generation.
Preventive Maintenance Management - Definition of routes and the right allocation of manpower to the routes.
Technical Responsibilities - Define, implement, and ensure that the team follows the Standard Operating Procedures as defined by the Management.
Material Management - Ensuring timely collection and distribution of required materials. Responsible for the usage of consumables under control.
Manpower Management - Conduct weekly progress meetings with Supervisors and necessary meetings with technicians.
Customer Management - Develop and maintain relationships with owners, building managers, officials etc.
Government Jobs/Tenders - Make sure that we are registered / license is renewed with all Government entities. Make sure that - OEM- Clause is mentioned in all the tenders where Our lifts are involved.
