Manager - Maintenance Engineers - Boomers (6-15 yrs)
"Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Maintenance Manager /Engineer to manage service and maintenance activities for Boomers (DT820, DT621, M2C) The ideal candidate will ensure and troubleshoot to support uninterrupted mining operations.
Key Responsibility : Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of Boomers (DT820, DT621, M2C)
- Perform troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Maintain service logs, daily reports, and breakdown history.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for spares, warranty support, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory guidelines during maintenance and repair activities.
- Plan and execute equipment overhauls, components change- outs, and major repairs.
- Train and guide site technicians and operators for best equipment handling practices.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.
- Liaise with Clients maintenance and safety teams for coordination and approvals.""
