Job Description :
- Monitor & manage the operations & Maintenance
- Monitoring the Breakdowns
- Managing Maintenance team & Management
- Preparation of maintenance record & Logbooks
- Monthly Planning as per Budget
- Planning of the team for daily, routine, predictive & preventive Maintenance
- Attending meetings, conducting briefing sessions
- Budget preparation, Preparation of All Daily, Monthly, Weekly, Quarterly Review meeting Reports
- Checking on the Electrical Safety
- Fire Fighting System
- Preventive Maintenance Plan
- Annual Maintenance contract with vendors
- Thorough knowledge of Maintenance of all Kitchen equipments, Fridges, Ice-cube machines, chillers, freezers, walk ins, STP Plant, RO Plant, DG, Invertor, MEP
