Manager - Maintenance - Mining Sector (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Ensure checking of DSR and inputs from Head HEMM
- Monitor the performance of equipment, machineries, engineers, supporting agencies, giving support to subordinates to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, identification of root cause of equipment failure and implementation of solution
- Perform prioritization of the jobs (preventive, predictive and breakdown notifications) and allocation for the same
- Overseeing the installation of automated control and monitoring systems.
- Monitor planning for spares & consumables, Monitor Condition of the equipment, Conduct tool box talks & provide safety instructions
- Should have experience in Mining Industry,
- Experience in Underground Mining is preferred.
