Manager - Maintenance & Operations - Solar Energy (4-6 yrs)
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in Solar Energy
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate
- O&M Manager shall be responsible for ensuring proper scheduling of cleaning, breakdown, and preventive maintenance activities. All reports are to be sent to client with their comments within 4 hrs of the activity being completed.
- O&M Manager shall prepare MIS and check the vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payments.
- O&M Manager shall coordinate with purchase on warranty claims.
- O&M executive to report to ONM Manager.
