Job description :
- Maintenance and plant Maintenance
- Works On AC Drive's and Electrical Control Panels.
- Basic knowledge about PLC Automation Systems.
- Maintenance of Chilling Plant, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower.
- Efficient with respect to Testing & Maintenance of SMPS, dc/dc converters, and all other dc power supplies.
- Able to understand the type of fault in the power supply & other electronic circuits.
- Efficient with respect-to Testing & Maintenance of different battery chargers required for battery charging.
- Testing & Maintenance of DC/DC Converter Modules Designed as Per Customer Requirement Such as 110V/24V, 10A, 110V/48V, 10A, 220V/ 24V, 220V/48V, 15A.
- Maintenance and operation of Air Handling Units, Variable Fan Speed Drives, Package AC units (1.5TR to 20TR), Split AC- s, Compressor, Chillers etc.
- Vendor co-ordination for AMC reports, preparing PM schedule and carry out preventive maintenance for all equipment's.
- Maintenance of Batteries, UPS and auxiliary power system i.e., Diesel Generators (3 KVA to 450 KVA), Management of electrical ear thing system, emergency lighting system.
- Work for development of new product.
- Source of the components required for product.
