Manager - Maintenance - Textile (15-28 yrs)
- Experience of working in Large Textile Processing / Conversion Plant. Familiar with Yarn Winding, Winding Patterns, Twisting, Warping, Weaving, Fabric Treatment, Fabric Packing, Material handling.
- Knowledge of operation & maintenance of equipment of Textile Plant. i.e Twisters, Yarn winders, TFO, Projectile looms, Air Jet looms, Stenter, Tyrecord Fabric Dipping machine, Overhead material handling equipment, Stretch Wrap M/cs,
- Familiar with Lubrication Standards, Condition Monitoring, Material Selection, Drawing and Fabrication methods,
- Aware about the Safety norms, Pollution norms & Work Room environment norms.
- Computer Knowledge, experience on working with SAP.
- Conversant with Planned, Preventive and Predictive maintenance practices, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001 & TQM
- Independent handling of Textile plant maintenance
