Job Description :

- Responsible for day to day production planning and execution of the activities Plant to meet the production targets as per the scheduled dispatch plan.

- Plan, direct and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for achieving the production target with minimum downtime, in accordance with cost, quantity & quality specifications.

- Report reasons for deviations in product quality and corrective measures taken.

- Upgrade & train the sub-ordinates regarding process changes, safety & environmental aspects etc.

- Implement HSE controls in all process operations.

- Ensure all the activities are carried in safe manner and take corrective actions for all safety issues/incidents, process upsets, action for quality deviations, deviation in production rates, problems/constraints in equipment's, product change over etc.

- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining raw material consumption norms.

- Ensure the problems/constraints noted on equipment's are immediately notified to maintenance and follow up with maintenance for remedial action.

- Timely highlighting abnormalities and corrective actions, trouble shooting to achieve budgeted production.
