Manager - Manufacturing Excellence (2-10 yrs)
- Developing a strategy and executing a plan to deliver process performance improvements related to Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Build value stream mappings and the ability to use Lean tools and DMAIC methodology in improvement projects.
- Guide the plant leadership team to improve plant performance and optimize cash flow to support business growth by applying Manufacturing Excellence methodologies.

- Drive plant 5S implementation roadmap
- Motivate and drive towards a Kaizen system across all functions.
- Plan and execute various training programs such as 5" S", TPM, 7 QC tools, Lean, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a good level of understanding of business requirements
