Manager - Manufacturing Operations (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
-  Lead & manage Production, Quality & Maintenance Teams to ensure team deliverables are met in timely & efficient manner. Deliverables include Meeting Delivery Schedules, On Time Production, WIP Management, Defect Free Production, Production Efficiencies w.r.t. Inputs, Safety, Maintenance & Upkeep of Equipments & Utilities, Minimization of downtimes etc..
-  Set Continuous Improvement targets & implement projects/ actions to achieve the same. Ensure a culture of Continous Improvement & speedy Problem Solving with proper root causing
-  Ensuring effective utilization of Inputs: man,machine and material.
-  Ensure adequacy of departmental processes to ensure timely meeting of Deliverables, including continuous improvement of the processes based on PDCA and potential failure mode analyses
-  Ensure Daily Work Management practices & systems process adherence on shopfloor & in the departments
-  Ensure adequacy of skill level in the departments to meet its deliverables, including Training & Development as needed
-  Ensure high team motivation & morale levels and proper work culture
-  People Development activities including Coaching & Mentoring
-  Provision of adequate resources to ensure smooth team functioning
-  Advance Capacity planning for capital investments.
-  Maintenance & Upkeep of Machines/Equipments/Utilities and Minimization of breakdowns by systematic adherence to Autonomous & Preventive Maintenance and Spares Management
-  Conduct of Weekly Management meetings, reporting to Management as needed

-  Ensure Team Deliverables: On time Delivery, No Customer Complaints, Internal Rejections & Reworks within targets, No Safety incidents, Manufacturing Efficiency / OEE Targets, Continuous Improvement Targets, WIP / Operating Cash Flow targets; Downtime Minimization

Preferred Candidates:
- 10 to 15 years experience in Manufacturing. 
- Experience in/oversight of Maintenance function will be added advantage.
- Exposure to foundry, machining, assembly of mechanical products in Lean Manufacturing environment desired.
- Shopfloor team leadership experience essential.
- Willing to relocate to Coimbatore
