Responsibilities of position

- Delivering expertise and application solutions to Customers and collaboratively working with Sales Team in maximize and extend business opportunities

- Ensuring Proserial Specialty Steel products and correctly implemented and deployed, competitor conversions are maximized, and help customers recognise the value of utilizing Proterial Specialty Shot Products

- Recommends products and services that fit well with customer's business needs by offering a solution rader Just the product.

- Prepares integrated solutions for customers for both Raw Material Grade selection as well as Heat Treatment recommendations. 

- Troubleshoots investigates, and resolves technical problems that arise during or after implementation-endly related to Die Failure Related isstics.

- Fulfil total delivery of techinical solution to end-customers to grow share of business at maintain, strengthen and develop customers

- Work together with the Warehouse Team to ensure optimisation is achieved in the cutting operations of big blocks into smaller pieces/Minimisation of scrap and cutting wastages

- Responds to more complex technical questions regarding the products or Heat Treatment services

- Develops and delivers training to educate internal employees and customers.

- Develops test applications used for testing modules, including customer-specific components

- Ambassador for driving new ways of working and future technology within field of expertine to ensure customers Strong material related understanding familiarity with international Material Specifications and their application i needs are fulfilled and profitable business is gained the Die and Mould and High Alloy segments like Acrospace/ Oil and Gas/Medical/Electronics can build effective working relationships with end customers to secure agreed priorities implementation

- Accountable to ensure successful opportunities and as appropriate products are technically applied in a fist-class manner to maximize Proterial market share and profitable business

- Documents applied products and services performance and savings, whether successful or unsuccessful to ensure Proterial can develop and deliver the most competitive products on the market

- Monitor competitors landscape and alternative solutions that can jeopardize Proserial's business

Qualification-MSc/B.Tech Metallurgy/BE Mechanical

Experience : 10-12 Years overall (Min 05-06 years of Experience in High Alloy Hi-Tech Materials) Heat Treatment experience would be an added advantage.

Preferred background : Cutting tools (Iscar. Secu tools, Kenna metal, Sandwiky/Tool Steel (Vocistalpine, Daido)
