2 - Responsibilities:
Vertical Responsibilities: Price Estimation and Costing of polymer parts and assemblies. Price settlement with Vendors, Purchase order release. Vendor capability assessment and upgradation. Capacity assessment, planning and implementation for capacity addition by equipment addition and technology enhancement for vendor plant.
3- Horizontal Responsibilities:
1. spare parts procurement, mirrors, filters, scheduling with RM suppliers for raw materials procurement at vendor plants
Competency Requirements Technical/ Functional:
Knowledge of zero-based costing, plastic processing, surface treatment process, procurement vendor base pan India and global.
Through SAP hands on experience.
