Mandate Skill :
1. Experience in mechanical maintenance.
2. Sound knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and PLC with Hydraulic & Pneumatics Experience
3. Knowledge on 5S, Kaizen, Suggestions etc.
4. Handling Automation and Digitization
5. Machine maintenance & Utility, STP, ETP .
Deliverables :
- Taking care of Maintenance Dept for good results as per Company KPI
- Implementing TPM
- Implementing PM and Predictive Maintenance
- Preparing the Annual Budget R&M and Power
- Implementing Spares Management
Core Responsibilities and Activities :
1. Taking care of Maintenance Dept for good results
2. Analyzing the breakdown
3. Taking Root cause and counter measure for the Breakdowns
4. Able to understand the scope of work and execute it within the expected due date
5. Responsible for the, PM
6. Responsible for OA improvements
7. Knowledge on 5S, Kaizen, Suggestions etc.
8. Handling Automation and Digitization
