- Identify & Eliminate repetitive breakdown of equipment
- Implement preventative maintenance schedule
- Work towards Improve the overall plant availability from 80% to 90%
- Maintain overall plant availability up to 90%
- Spares planning & maintain inventory of spares & consumables
- Maintain specific maintenance cost within budget
- Control of manpower cost & reduce overtime hours
- Control the spares & consumables cost within budget / as per specific maintenance cost.
- Spares planning for next 6 months
- Prepare preventative maintenance schedule
- Monthly shutdown job planning & execution
- Implementation of preventative maintenance plan
- Shutdown job planning & implementation
- Maintain inventory for spares & consumables
- Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance by 50%
- Prepare monthly report, including maintenance & electrical power cost
- Achieve overall plant availability by 90%
- Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance by 75%
- Control the spares & consumables inventory
