Job Description:
1) To prepare Engineering Design Briefs
2) To undertake design of MEP Services with the help of Jr. Engineer & Draughtsman
3) To interview & select subordinates & mentor them
4) To oversee Design development from Concept- Schematic-Tender- Good for Construction - Approve shop Drawings
5) To oversee co-ordination of MEP Design & Revit Modelling
6) To prepare & oversee BOQ & Budgets
7) Liaison with Consultants & Clients & Contractors
8) Be Responsible for Quality & Accuracy of MEP Design
9) Knowledge of REVIT would be an added advantage
