Manager - MEP (8-11 yrs)
Job responsibilities :
- Detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
- Validate design & review scope related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
- Facilitate problem solving as may arise during construction.
- Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP.
- Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
- Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
- Ensure that MEP work at sites adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
Qualification/Experience/Skill required :
Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Air-conditioning
Experience : 10+ years of experience in the field of MEP services of commercial / Residential / Institutional / Industrial buildings & Retail field.
Skills :
- To have in depth knowledge of specifications, methodology and be strong on the technical front.
- Knowledge of construction procedures and practices
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- To have good project management skills & should be strong in Analytics & Analysis
