Manager - MEP Project Execution (10-12 yrs)
1) Check, Review and detail study of relevant drawings, highlighting queries to concern authorities, coordination & follow-up with them for rectification
2) Project Planning & Scheduling, Bar Chart, Daily Progress review
3) Tracking of work schedule so as to get work done within specified time line.
4) Monitoring & Supervision of Execution works in fields of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Lift, Solar, STP-WTP, IBMS, Fire Alarm system, ETC. at project location
5) Ensure that executed work is as per the specifications & drawings and meets the quality standards and
6) Material inspection, ensure that procure material meets the selection criteria
7) Daily progress report to the management
8) Estimation, Rate Analysis & Billing - Client & Subcontractor
9) Effective coordination in between Civil & MEP personnel at site for the smooth execution of the work
