Manager - Mining Operations (11-22 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Managing entire operations with key focus on profitability & optimal utilization of resources;
- Executing various mining projects for extraction of Ore from open cast mines entailing design, selection and provision of machines, facilities and systems for mining.
- Liaisons work with Government officials, Public Relation work, local communities, trade unions, managing clearances through Govt. Authorities.
- Work collaboratively with mine maintenance, mine engineering, support services, and plant business areas to achieve all business plan objectives.
- Monitor, performance manage, grow and develop all direct report staff
