Manager - New Product Development (8-12 yrs)
Job Description and Candidate Profile requirements
Location: Hyderabad
Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engg or Equivalent
Experience : 8 to 12 Years
Salary: 7.5 to 12 Lakhs CTC
Job Profile :
1. Do a Technical Review on the new product and discuss with team members and customers on queries if any.
2. Prepare Manufacturing Plans, CAM Layouts and PPAP documents for new products
3. Prepare the designs for Jigs, fixtures & Inspection Gages and get them manufactured
4. Involve in the Prototype manufacturing with CNC programmers & Setters and get the product accepted to the drawing requirements
5. Complete all the APQP documentation and freeze as per the manufacturing process.
6. Involve in the pilot run to fine tune the cycle times and ensure the process capability is established.
7. Upload the Product Master in the ERP and maintain Change Management whenever required.
8. Involve in Kaizen activities for further improvements in processes and cycle time reduction.
Note :
a. This position to be closed on URGENT basis. Hence candidate should be in a position to join IMMEDIATELY
b. Interview will be conducted in our client office in Hyderabad during week days only, shortlisted candidate local / outstation should be in a position to attend interview on their own without fail
