Manager - Administration :

- Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.

- Provides communication systems by identifying needs evaluating options maintaining equipment approving invoices.

- Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements negotiating price, quality, and delivery approving invoices.

- Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements planning, arranging, and meeting schedules monitoring results.

- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

- Improves program and service quality by devising new applications updating procedures evaluating system results with users.

- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures monitoring costs analyzing variances.

- Look after all Office maintenance Like Car painting, painting, Plumbing Works, Past Controls, AC Services, RO Services etc.

- Prepare the collated list of stationary items required for entire organization and send the request to the vendor maintain all record for all office stationary.

- Office events and get-togethers organization.

- Office Transportation

- Office Assets inventory control

- Prepare weekly / monthly Admin reports

- Verifying and finalizing the bills of executed works.

- Liasioning with contractors and interiors for setting up facilities and infrastructure.

- Ensuring compliance at all levels.

- To monitor purchase of all the requirements.

- Managing Administrative cost and Budgeting Liasioning with various Government and Statutory bodies.

Qualification And Experience :

1. MBA in Operations or relevant Qualifications with 8-12 Years of experience in Office Administration & should have worked in Retail or Real Estate Industry

2. Liaison Skills (Local Bodies, various Govt. Depts.)

3. Good understanding of statutory compliances

4. Knowledge of Admin systems & processes

5. Good understanding of the market for various admin procurements

6. Good communication(verbal & written) & negotiation skills

7. Exposure to setting up of SOPs, admin processes and its implications
