Job Requirements:

Education: B.E / B. Tech (Chemical) Full time qualified

Experience : Minimum 9+ years of experience to direct and manage the overall operation of splitting, distillation, pre-treatment, pre-concentration, hydrogenation and hydrogen-generation of Oleo Chemical plant

Job Responsibilities :

- To ensure plant is in good working condition with proper preventive and daily maintenance schedule being executed in coordination with other departments.

- Responsible for making workplace free from hazards and comply with Safety standards, rules and regulations

- To ensures that all the sub-ordinates are provided appropriate direction, leadership, guidance, support, and training to enable the advancement of their knowledge and experience

- Responsible for the performance of employees in the area of responsibility by spot-checking work in the field, evaluating the quality of the work being performed.

- Identifying work related issues in employees and provide continuous support to them.

- Handling the operation and maintenance activities for splitting, distillation, pre-treatment, pre-concentration, hydrogen generation and hydrogenation plant.

- Experience of Erection and commissioning activities of Oleo Chemical plant. .

- Have experience and knowledge of different types of Oil, Fatty and other non-edible oils.

- Responsible for making production planning with the management after preparing report of quantity and quality of available raw material, working with ERP (Knowledge of SAP production & maintenance modules will be given advantage).

- Responsible for managing and updating schedule for capacity optimization and completing preventive maintenance during plant shutdown.

- Preparing of plan for inspection of work being executed as per standard.

- Coordination with other department to ensure the availability of manpower, chemicals, spares during production.

- Formulating shutdown jobs, break down analysis, action plans and preparation of annual maintenance plan.

- Data monitoring, generating periodic reports and daily analysis of reports for smooth functioning of the plant as per standard.

- Preparation of MIS and daily analysis reports.

- To timely prepare & submit the monthly Self Appraisal Report to your reporting officer.

- Continuously improve the services, working method and procedures to enhance departmental effectiveness.

- Facilitate the KAIZEN / 5S and other improvement initiatives within the department

- Benchmarking of competitors and market samples, complaint handling traceability.

- Performing R&D for new product development in Oleo chemical.

- Facilitate the KAIZEN / 5S and other improvement initiatives within the department
