The Job:
 
You will be responsible for :

Driving the continuous improvement and optimisation of processes to maximise safety, quality and productivity.

Analysing plant performance and proposing as well as implementing processes to improve the consistency of operations.

Developing SOPs and Process Flows for new and/or modified equipment and procedures to meet functional and reliability requirements.

Determining critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis.

Conducting process audits and resolving audit findings.

All aspects of the Project Controls function including project planning, scheduling, cost estimation and control.

Planning, monitoring, and controlling the execution of projects to ensure delivery within the time and budgetary parameters, while optimizing resource utilisation.

Implementing best practices and ensuring continuous improvement in cost control, estimation, planning, change management and scheduling.

Acting as a focal point for all project and delivery personnel in the resolution of project controls issues.

Establishing performance measurement programs to provide an accurate reflection of project performance.

Managing a team of 11-50 people.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.

You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
