Supporting - Lean Six Sigma- deployment in all manufacturing BUs to achieve operational excellence. This role would include the following job responsibilities:
(a) Training all members of - Lean Six Sigma- project teams on - Lean Six Sigma- tools, methodologies and concepts
(b) Facilitating sample - Lean Six Sigma- projects in each manufacturing BU to gain momentum on Lean Six Sigma deployment
(c) Coordinating evaluation and recognition of Lean Six Sigma projects
(d) Supporting all other initiatives for achieving - operational excellence- in all Mfg. BUs
Sub Responsibility: MIS for operational excellence

Necessary Qualifications: Degree
Discipline: Mechanical
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint), ERP exposure
(a) Specific skills required: - Lean Six Sigma- Black Belt
(b) Other Skills Required: Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001 and BS18001, Planning skills, English communication skills, interpersonal skills, Team work style, Action oriented,
(c) Knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes, Operational Excellence tools and techniques,
(d) Hands-on experience of conducting Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training and driving LSS projects is must
Task exposure in previous employment:
Language proficiency: English, Hindi / Gujarati
Experience: 10-15 yrs
