Manager - Operational Excellence - Pharma (4-8 yrs)
We are having an opening in leading Pharmaceutical company for the position "Operational Excellence- Manager".
Job Responsibilities :
1. To initiate & drive the Engineering project from cost efficiency point of view at FML/API sites
2. To drive & support complex, large process engineering projects(new project estimation, feasibility study)& develop innovative approach to production & utility problems.
3. Monitor Key utility and engg. KPI's across sites and drive performance improvement.
4. Experience in Alternate energy sources deploymnet.
5. Sound knowledge of problem solving tools of Lean/TPM/ six sigma
6. Inventory Management of Revenue/CAPEX Engineering items.
7. Contribute to the development of Operating Budgets.
8. Capturing and transferring best engineering practices to and from other
9. To monitor industry trends & developments in engineering technology co-ordinating with site team
10. To support & facilitate the engineering training for all FML/API sites
Qualification :B.Tech/ B.E. (Mechanical Engineering)
