- Oversee day to day O&M activities across multiple solar sites and manage site O&M supervisors.

- Lead EPC to O&M handovers, acceptance testing, and documentation governance.

- Manage O&M contractors, vendors, and SLAs; enforce performance KPIs.

- Maintain SCADA, telemetry, and CMMS; produce monthly MIS and performance dashboards.

- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs and condition based monitoring.

- Optimize spare parts strategy, procurement coordination, and logistics for remote sites.

- Drive HSE compliance, incident investigations, and safety training.

- Coordinate with grid operators, regulators, and local authorities for interconnection and permits.

- Control OPEX, prepare budgets, and report on cost and performance metrics.

Requirement Details :

Education B.E./B.Tech in Electrical,/ Renewable Energy, or equivalent. MBA or postgraduate in energy management preferred.
