Manager Operations & Strategy

Responsible for operational oversight with strategic planning and focuses on ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations. Developing and executing strategies to improve performance and drive business growth. Oversee the production processes within a manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics, to meet customer demands and production targets.

- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives, focusing on areas like process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational excellence.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess manufacturing efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulations.

- Manage and mentor the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize production and reduce costs.

- Design and implement manufacturing processes that are scalable, sustainable, and efficient, while also ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

- Maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualification And Experience :

1. BE from Premier Institute & MBA in Operations with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, strategy management, managing projects, and driving operational improvements.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

3. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth and improvement.

5. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and best practices.

6. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Experience in managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.

8. Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

9. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in manufacturing.

10. Knowledge of quality control methodologies and techniques.

11. Proficient in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

12. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

13. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

14. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

15. Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.

16. Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
