Manager - Operations - Welding Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for Welding Manufacturing Manager -Operation Manager
Exp : 10+ yrs
Location : Bangalore
- Develop a manufacturing strategy to drive the business forward towards achieving excellence in all aspects of the operation.
- To oversee a review of the contractual requirements and provide technical assessment of the engineering fabrication designs against production standards
- Responsible for detailed expert verification, approval, related to WPS, WPQR, Welder certification, Tests, weld plans, and material reports
- Performing welder and procedure examinations, witnessing of all NDT Testing techniques ( VT, UT, RT & MT )
- Have a clear focus on Quality and maintain a - no-fault forward- methodology
- To act as a welding co-ordinator in line with the comprehensive level of ISO14731, for all the welding and related activities, responsible for controlling manufacturing quality management systems, technical reviews and testing
- Exp in Production of Welded parts and components
- Responsible to manage the weld shop and assembly operations
