Manager - Packaging Projects (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Execute packaging equipment capacity expansion proposals discussed in capacity planning meeting / Greenfield projects in India & in plants abroad.
- Set up packaging equipment including new products, change in pack format and also product trial launch, also conduct trials for new packs on existing machines for NPD process.
- Study existing production lines and propose and implement debottlenecking projects.
- Adherence to laid out systems and policies, generating MIS & various reports as required for the division.
