Manager - Planning - Civil (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Detailed micro planning of the activities and regular monitoring for achieving set targets.
2. Resource management by deploying and optimizing the resource productivity.
3. Material procurement and inventory control.
4. Cost control measures and regular check on profit and loss account.
5. Plan and progress details for the regular client meetings with other critical issues.
6. Overall submission of monthly reports to the clients.
7. Scope variations preparation and realization from the client.
8. Initial Project Detailed Planning and Monitoring using MS Project, Primavera Project Monitoring
9. Softwares and submission of various reports to the client and consultant.
10. Planning, scheduling, monitoring, billing, & Management Information systems
11. Preparation of Budgets, rolling plans and monitoring on regular basis.
12. Coordination for design and drawings submission and approvals.
13. Co-ordination for the Utility identification and clearance.
14. Finalization of the sub contracts and regular monitoring.
15. Overall site execution coordination for day to day targets and problem resolution.
16. Motivation of the project team to achieve the set goals.
