Role: MANAGER - P&M
Location: Hyderabad
Exp: 8 - 14 years of experience.
Desirable: The candidate should have exposure to high-rise buildings from a Real ESTATE company in Property Development.
Qualification: B.Tech (MECH) graduate.
Responsibilities:
- To Minimise machinery breakdown
- Check manpower utilization as per Site Norms
- Maintain minimum stock of consumables, fuels, and spares
- Adhere to corporate safety policies
- To follow the SOPs of corporate to ensure optimum utilization of Machinery
- Ensure 0% accident at working place
- Checking log books and periodic maintenance of the machine
