- Independently handle plant operations
- Design production plan, coordinate for RM & PM availability
- Implementation of Quality systems like ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA etc.
- Monitor and reduce plant downtime by implementing manpower planning, spares availability and preventive maintenance
