Manager - Plant Quality - Auto (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Manage the quality department to fulfill all requested tasks. Develop the competences of his/her team by training and coaching. Ensure the recruitment of all new comers for quality dept.
- Set up a yearly improvement plan to improve the quality results of his/her entity according to the guideline of the Group.
- Report the quality results on a monthly basis, prepare the budget of the quality department and follow it Propose the requested investments for quality
- Implement a quality system to ensure the quality certification in relation with the Group's standards and international standards.
- Deploy the excellence quality plan of the company
- Ensure the calibration of all measurement devices
- Deploy the seven quality basics in production
- Deploy control plan in his/her plant and ensure it is used
- Stop the production in case of non-conformity.
- Set up the archiving of all documents and checking results according to the procedure.
- Set up and track a timing plan for all internal audits.
- Perform internal system audit in other facility according to the yearly group scheduling, deploy sphere program for quality axis in plant
- Responsible for Supplier Qty, Customer Qty & Projects
Desired Candidate Profile :
Engineering with 15 Yrs of Experience in Plant Quality. Preferably from Auto Ancillary or Auto OEM
