Manager PPC - Garment Industry (12-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Prepare Production plan based on the order placed, Sales forecast, production capacity and material availability.
- Ensures that orders are executed and delivered on time.
- Ensure no line stop due to material shortage from previous process.
- Monitor production output and coordinate with related departments to ensure on scheduleFinished Goods delivery.
- Supervise production team for achieving daily production target/ targeted efficiency.
- Reprocessing the rejection material, ultimately leading to revenue maximization and closure of orders.
- Adhering to preventive maintenance and routine maintance schedule.
- Coordination with HR on training of new and existing staff, Keeping attrition and absenteeism of workforce at target level.
- Ensuring proper house keeping of shop floor and adhere to 5 S concept.
- Materials (Raw materials and Packing Materials) requirement planning for the execution of present orders and future orders.
- Maintain and Control Inventory.
- Prepares and communicates long-term and short- term schedules for warehouse and assembly shop.
- Sending out progress reports to team members.
- Risk management, prioritizing and Sequencing.
- Reviewing and administering and alerting management about issues or problems that may hinder project completion.
- Ensure Monthly and Yearly closing are done accurately and timely OTIF (On Time In Full).
- Team management, employee engagement along with HR,etc.
