Job Description :

- Perform Demand management coordination with product requirements, order commitments.

- Monitor the product delivery and material supplies.

- Coordinate with Business development team and prepare rolling sales forecast.

- Coordinate with Purchase team and manufacturing team to timely delver the raw materials and avoid stock out situations

- Conduct monthly review meetings with production and marketing team

- Review the Annual/Quarterly plan on monthly basis and freezing monthly Sales & Operations plan

- Evaluation of MPS and MRP

- Monitoring the planning performance by generating metrics/hit miss ratios for Sales, Production, Material delivery, Inventory turnover etc..

- Identifying the location for new products based on the equipment availability

- Anticipating shortfalls/deviations in plan and taking proactive measures.

- Preparation of product standards like BOMs (Calculation of consumption coefficients)

- Designing distinct scenarios in increasing profitability

- Forecasting the Capacity utilization based on the MKT forecast & prod. plan

- Identify non-moving inventory and coordinate with relevant team and liquidate idle inventory.

- Work with warehousing operations to set priorities for production and shipment of finished goods

- Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management strategies for all finished goods by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. reorder pt, safety stock, ABC categorization)

- Place orders of materials upon manufacturing based upon agreed lead time and capacity availability

- Plan replenishment by maintaining the accuracy of plans to reflect feasible replenish plans

- Conduct regular business and performance reviews with Demand Planners, Marketing and Manufacturing

- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs (finished goods and raw materials)

- Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigating actions

- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances and perform define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence

- Set up inventory targets for Raw Materials and Pack Components and monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets (in co-operation with vendor schedulers)

- Evaluation of MPS and MRP

Qualification : B Tech / MBA / PG Diploma (SCM)

Software Expertise - SAP PP Module and MS Excel

Experience - 8-10 yrs in API Manufacturing only
