Manager - Process Excellence/Manufacturing Excellence - FMCG/ Foods/Beverages (5-10 yrs)
Currently we are hiring as Manufacturing Excellence / Operational Excellence Manager.

Job Description:
1. New Projects & Product Launches
- Lead execution of new product introductions and manufacturing projects across all plant locations.
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless scale-up from pilot to commercial production.
- Ensure project timelines, CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement in new launch readiness and speed-to-market.
2. Operations Management - Co-Packing Units
- Act as the single point of contact for daily operational coordination with all co- packing partners.
- Conduct daily/weekly operational review meetings and track production performance, compliance, and efficiencies.
- Support resolution of operational issues impacting productivity, cost, or quality.
- Monitor adherence to manufacturing SOPs, GMP, and regulatory standards
3.Business Partnering with Finance
- Support the Finance Business Partner in manufacturing-related activities including cost analysis, productivity tracking, and variance reporting.
- Provide insights on cost optimization, yield improvement, and plant efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and alignment with financial targets.
W HAT YO U- LL NEED :
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- 5- 8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in beverages/FMCG/food processing industry.
- Strong exposure to project management, new product launches, and plant operations.
- Experience working with co-packers/third-party manufacturers is an advantage.
- Good understanding of manufacturing cost drivers, efficiency metrics, and financial linkages.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
