- Responsible for the tendering of bids for timely procurement of quality service
Job Description :
1. Knowledge of Procurement process services
2. Knowledge on taxation mainly GST and other service-related statutory requirements.
3. Working out Annual Contracts Planning & providing the inputs in time for Departmental Procurement Plan.
5. Scrutinizing the received purchase requisitions based on the review criteria and initiate necessary prerequisites of procurement
7. Vendor partner management including registration, performance evaluation of vendor partners based on the Quality, Quantity, and Delivery (QQD) Analysis, vendor development, compliant handling etc.
8. Responsible for initiating steps for improvement in 1. cycle time of procurement, 2. quality of services, 3. Cost of procurement by innovative methods
9. Working out Annual Material & Contracts Planning & providing the inputs in time for departmental Procurement Plan.
10. Risk Identification in supply chain & preparation for mitigation plan.
- Formulating the strategy for warehouse in line with defined SLA.
1. Maintains high levels of accuracy in results in own discipline without compromising the laid down processes and standards.
2. Update self and understands the developments in the discipline and analyses the likely impact in own role within the business.
3. Learns and applies developments in own discipline in order to sustain best practices/systems.
