Job Description:

- Complete exposure to procurement to pay cycle

- Manage purchase parts change control for post launch programs

- Exposure to spend analysis/raw material management/price tracking

- EOL management/Supplier change management/Resourcing

- Support VAVE and TQCM activities

- Support plant's operations with resolution of issues related to suppliers - operations support for shortages, spares management, supplier relationship management and resolve open issues with suppliers

- BOM cost tracking, material costing/budgeting and savings analysis

- Exposure to contract pricing, surcharges, supplier charge backs and Forex movement/tracking

- Managing supplier details and statutory audits for current model programs

- Tool development/Asset tracking management

Educational Qualification: B.E (Mech/Electronics preferred) with 6 to 8 years exp

Required Competencies:

- Preferable from auto/automotive industry

- Good exposure on global procurement and project management

- Data analysis and MS Excel/presentation skills

- Knowledge on commercials - pay terms, statutory duties, taxes and freight

- Negotiation skills
