Job Description
- Manufacturing of acrylic emulsion, Binders & adhesives, dispersing agents, Thickeners, etc
- Production Planning, Man power handling, achieving better targets of production, required Raw material calculation as per marketing plan.
- Production & resources planning on daily/weekly basis
- Monitoring of R & D product, Quality control on daily basis
- Responsible for planning, quality of product across various category l
- New product development in R & D as per customer requirement
- Training & development of subordinates
- Co-ordination with purchase & marketing for RM, PM & orders requirement on daily basis.
