Job Description :
- Business process, Product development Process knowledge, Manufacturing Process Knowledge.
- Knowledge on Team center, Cordys, IT Systems, Dependencies, Interfaces of various systems
- Part Number & part family code Management, eBOM, procurement BOM, Service Bom, mBOM Management, Varient Management across value chain, Change Management, New product development Project Management, CAD Data Management (NX & Catia)
- Core Automotive Domain Knowledge in Configurable eBOM Systems, Change Management, Variant Management, Part Numbering Systems, Service BOMs etc.
- PLM solution architecture expertise supporting the engineering discipline in a Auto manufacturing environment
- Providing in-depth expertise on Teamcenter Unified platform to support customer engagements.
- Detailed preparation of the solution Document based on the business requirement & getting it approved from stakeholders.
- Implementation cutover strategy, responsibility matrix. Gap resolution, ASAP methodology, various level testing.
- Benchmarking with different Automotive solutions with flow charting, obtaining third party opinions taking consulting help from service providers for development of application.
- To give tactical solutions to satisfy the requirement in short term.
- To develop and execute the detailed innovative solution for the long-term organizational goals.
- Understand the Business requirement, Define the system, Process consulting, Process re-engineering and Deliver the system on time.
Competencies :
- Automotive Product Development Knowledge,
- Configurable BOM systems - eBOM, mBOM, Procurement BOM, Service BOM Change Management etc.
- CAD BOM Data Management (NX & Catia)
- Knowledge of Part Numbering / Part Family / Part Classification etc.
- Process Knowledge of APQP / DFMEA / manufacturing process documentation.
- Experience in Teamcenter Unified platform
- Experience in Multiple Auto OEM PLM implementation for BOM & Change Management systems.
- Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively.
- Excellent Analytical Skill
- High level of Problem solving skills
- Excellent team player
- Out-of-box thinker
- Result oriented, self-starter who can operate under minimal supervision.
