Job Description :
Job Title : Product Development Manager
Reporting to : Director- Operations
Main Responsible for :
- Development of manufacturing processes with strong process capability
- Improving process robustness
- New product development
- IQ/OQ/PQ process per ISO 13485
- Quality by process design
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Design and development of necessary automation for the processes
- Development of operation instructions and maintenance protocols
- Development of measurements systems, FMEA and poka-yoke
General Requirements :
- Sound technical knowledge of processes
- Machining, assembly, injection molding, sheet metal, SPMs, grinding, tool manufacturing, special processes
- Right first time mindset and iterative improvement methodology
- Knowledge of statistical techniques for building process capability
- Knowledge of measurement techniques and gaging methods
- Knowledge of ISO 13485
