Manager - Product Development - Tyre Manufacturing Process (8-15 yrs)
Candidate should has experience in Tyre Design, Tyre Manufacturing process .
The person should be from OHT Domain .
Job Purpose- To review the existing specs of released products & work out the scope for product optimization/value engineering across all the manufacturing plants and implement the same in production after requisite internal validations need based
KRA:
- Propose/Implement Product optimization in all the relevant segments
Strengthen the Design philosophy of existing patterns
- Review/propose methodology to strengthen the change process
Functional/ Technical Competencies:
- Proficient in SAP domain
- Knowledge about OHT
- Key knowledge about tire manufacturing process & testing methodology & material usage
Educational Background:
BE (Mechanical)/ B.Tech (Rubber/Polymer)
Skills: Proficient in Excel / CAD
Should be aware of Auto Cad and proficient in SAP
He/she should have key knowledge on tire manufacturing process, testing methodology and material usage.
