Manager - Production - Auto (5-15 yrs)

Job Description :


- Responsible to maintain daily/weekly/monthly review, ensure analysis & take corrective action respectively

- Ensure recourses (Man, M/C, Material, Tooling, Oil etc) will be available when needed

- Selection, Hiring, Orientation, training, Salary review etc

- Optimum utilization of resources (m/c, man, tools, power etc)

- Review rejection/Rework/Deviation/OEE/MRM/Consumption data status etc with down line & resolve with RCA.

- Responsible to improve Operator & Machine efficiency.

- Responsible for action taken against significant risks.

- Ensure product safety requirements are addressed.

- Ensuring all needed data is being captured as required for continual improvement.

- Responsible to achieve the Shift Production target.(PPC v/s actual)

- Provide training and develop multiskill personnel in plant

- Responsible to implement kaizen on shop floor.

- Ensure availability of respective CP/WI on machine

- Grooming operator / setter/ supervisor on various process requirement as and when needed.

- Responsible for reviewing Planning vs. Production monthly & analyze.

- Responsible to prepare production order in SAP

- Ensure to run all machines smoothly without any defect failure.

- In depth knowledge of Core Tools like APQP, PFMEA, SPC,MSA & PPAP

- Knowledge about various CQI tools like CQI 9, 11 etc.

- Proficiency in Computer software like Ms Excel, Word, Email sending etc.

- Must be able to interoperate the product drawing

- Strong judgment and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication skills, including local languages ( Written & Verbal)

- Problem solving skill like why why etc.

- Knowledge of SAP.

- Outstanding Knowledge of Various standards like IATF/QMS/IS/ 14001and 45001 etc.
